You are not fat, in my opinion you need to gain a little bit more weight to put you solidly in normal. In this day and age I would say that you are on the slightly underweight side of normal. The graphs recently have changed too, so what was normal could now be underweight due to people not being so slim anymore. I would say you are fine and just keep living as you are.

In order to lose weight, you must burn more calories than you're eating. Therefore, you need to add a lot of cardio into your workout. Go for a long run every day and you will see a big difference in no time, especially if you eat right. Here's a key tip I learned a while back: cut out any and all snacking, and you will be amazed at the difference. Do not have those in between meal snacks because they are what gets you.

As a woman, I find guys that carry a little bit of weight attractive, kind of burly. That's just me I guess. Basically though just eat as well as you can (no soda, no take out, no heavy carbs) and also track what you eat with a food diary. To tone up exercise at least three time a week, a little more if you want to push yourself.

Yeah, you can. The bmi scale assumes that a certain percent is muscle, so maybe that's why. You're not too big, and also a normal weight on that scale is a wide range. I weigh 127 and am 5'5 and my weight is also normal on the bmi scale

Losing weight is almost all your nutrition and slightly your exercise level. If you want to lose weight it is fairly simple, just eat less calories. You can look up a calorie calculator online to see how many calories you need to maintain your weight and just subtract that by 500 to see how many you need to lose weight.
