Why must we trust these rusty rails?

Life Lesson #3: most people and organizations are resistant to change. Even if something isn't working all that well, there will still be people who fear doing it differently because they think things could be even worse than they are, if change is permitted. But, change DOES happen... people who find ways to get other people to accept the changes they propose, are the ones that help change to occur. These people can be leaders, helpers, facilitators, examples or instructors.... there are all kinds of ways you can help change to occur: just find the one that best suits your style, your situation, and your ideas.
