How to warm up for weight training ? Please help?

but how to warm up ?

if i do 5 light sets of each exercice the workout would take 2 hours ..

i'm confoused please help ..

thank you !

P.s: This workout is good? i have lost weight and become flabby and i want to tone up !

    i like that workout. now if you want to warm up for something like that, first spend a few minutes stretching, then you can either do 1 or 2 exercises with little weight on them. a warm up is meant to get your body ready for whats coming up. so spending too much time warming up starts to become a workout in itself. so for example if you warm up on say bench and squat your heart should of started pumping a bit harder, limbs limbered up and you do your first exercise. thats really it right there. good luck to you and i hope you reach your goals.
