You may very well be genetically predisposed to balding, but I think what you suffer from at the moment is more related to your general health, both physical and mental.
Keep doing what you can to improve your diet and try to reduce your stress the best you can, or at least remove yourself from it.
If there is a lot of yelling and such at your house, try to spend as much time as you can away from there doing the things you like to do. If your hair loss is health related, making these changes may help it recover.
As for being genetically predisposed to it goes, look to the men in your family, on both your mother and father's side. If more of them are bald or balding, then you too stand a good chance of doing the same. However... you should talk to your doctor before getting yourself all worked up about it.
Since stress can make one lose hair, stressing out over hair loss can actually make it happen!

its defiantly not alopecia but sometimes when you are stressed your hair thins out but doesn't go bold. and i know lots of boys/men who have that bold bit at the back of the head, its normal dont worry about it and maybe you should look at your dad or just the men in the family and are they bold ? because sometimes if a boys dad is bold it could mean that your going to turn out the same way. if any of the men in your family are bold maybe its worth asking them what age it started, but im sure you have nothing to worry about :)
