To attempt to answer your question, I once went to a house dinner and both the host and hostess were persons with dwarfism and the four-course dinner consisted of normal food; while exquisite, nothing out of the ordinary you would only expect from a home of a person with dwarfism. Their furniture and household appliances are of normal size as well, in case you are wondering.

Vienna sausages all day long. Two for breakfast, three for lunch, and the entire family splits one for dinner and has one of those miniature corn on the cobs. Followed but a miniature milky way for dessert cut like a cake to feed a family of four.
