How many wash/rinse cycles do you use?
Just wondering how many regular washing cycles you normally put your moderately dirty clothes through. Right now I typically use a full regular cycle in addition to a second rinse only cycle. But I've heard of people putting their clothes (that aren't that dirty) through TWO complete regular cycles plus an extra rinse cycle just to get rid of any residual detergent.
Thoughts?

It's personal. But, if you have a good washer it should do the job with one full cycle. Don't over crowd the washer and use a mild detergent. I find Cheer Free, no perfume or additives, very good as it cleans well and rinses out easily. Don't use fabric softener as it leaves a residue.
