What can someone do with a strong knowledge of political philosophy, propaganda, and strategy?

They can become Stalin, Mao, Castro, or Obama. Leaders who propose and defend freedom don't need propaganda.

(Why did I include Obama? Because anyone who has a strategy to take from those who have to give to those who have not, or even to give back to those who have, such as free birth control for ALL women of all socio-economic status, means I'm paying for the birth control pills for the woman who has or makes more than I do. But his ideas are Marxism at its worst. Even Marx wouldn't like it.)

You can work those who want to demonstrate and illustrate how the established politicians work the people to their own ends.
