How can I un-addict myself to cutting?

When i was 12 i started self harming, then after a bit, i got addicted. I know cutting is bad, and i am trying really hard to stop. But even if i'm not sad, or anything, i just feel like cutting for no reason. How can i stop feeling the need to cut so much?

Do the butterfly project (look it up) and then occupy yourself 24/7 with random things that do not involve cutting :D

Find a very trustworthy friend. Give them anything you keep to cut yourself with. Then find something to occupy yourself with. It doesn't even have to be productive. Something that requires your physical and mental presence. After about a month of being cut-free, ask your friend to give your stuff back to test yourself. And if you ever do get to the point of wanting to cut really badly, just tell yourself 'I'll cut tomorrow' and then the next day, say the same thing.

I used to be addicted, and I haven't cut in over a year.

This is a rather severe form of obsessive-compulsive disorder--you will surely need professional help to address this.
