To clarify, I'm not asking because I think someone likes me or that I like someone or that I'm confused.

Here's my situation:

I have been with my girlfriend for 10 months now. Our summer was very stressful for her because she was worried she wouldn't find a job before we moved and that she wouldn't be able to afford anything or be able to do anything for the rest of her life, then when she did get a job, there was a bunch more stress because it was a really crappy summer job. THEN, she left that job and become even more stressed about the same reasons above, but even more so. She finally landed a job that is good and good for her.

I'd say all this stress started up about the time we were getting out of the honey-moon phase of our relationship, so we didn't really have a chance to bond as simply best friends.

SO, we want to try and work on being better friends than we were when we met. The problem is, neither of us are very sure how to do that while being able to detach that we've known each other really well for the past 9 months or so.

What are ways to function as friends even though we've been in a relationship for many months?

Will it come with all the wires poking out like it shows in the picture? Or do you think it will come with RJ45 connectors on the ends of the cord?

I'd like to know, so I can buy my own if need be and connect them myself. This is my first bulk buy of an ethernet cord, and I'm just not sure if I need to by the connectors myself.

I have been browsing on Amazon to find an MP3 player to replace my Zune HD, which finally broke a couple weeks ago, and have been very dissatisfied with what I've been finding.

What I'm looking for is a *music player*, not a device that "can also play music". I want a piece of hardware that was made specifically for playing music, and I'd prefer if that's all it was made to do.

Please give me some suggestions - price will be meaningless right now, I just want to get my eyes opened to more options.

Last night, I installed the latest update through windows update on Windows 10. I restarted my computer, and then went to bed. When I wake up, I turn on my comp, log in, and then it does a couple things to set it up. First off, I get this message saying that my user directory is not available because I don't have the privileges to see it (I'm the only user on this computer). Second, I click on the home button and the home menu doesn't pop up. I try this when using the mouse and the keyboard, neither seem to work. Then, I search an app in the search box and I try to open it and I'm told this: "Can't open user profile directory, because you lack sufficient privileges. You might want to contact the administrator of this machine."

I AM the administrator of this machine, or at least I should be...

Does anyone (*cough cough Microsoft cough*) know how to fix this?? I believe the latest update is at fault for this.

And no, I am not a developer or anything, so I'm not getting the preview builds that the beta testers would be getting.

I open the camera app and it too tells me I am lacking a camera. I checked my device manager and there is no "imaging software" until i click the "view" button and check the "show hidden devices" option. Then it appears in and the properties options tells me that it is fully functional, up-to-date, and has no problems whatsoever. In the past, I would uninstall the camera, and that would fix the problem for a little bit.

I really don't understand what this problem is and I don't know how to fix it. Does anyone know how to get the camera to stop being a "hidden device" and to get it to just work every time I boot it up?

So the program is is that I have some random array that's a 4 by 5 filled with just numbers, like so:

and I have to create a program that takes those 20 numbers and sorts them in increasing order in a 1-D array called 'sort'.

So basically, I have nothing right now because I can't logically think this whole process through and I just need a fresh set of eyes to tell me a way to go about doing this. If someone told me how to program it, I could do it, but I can't think of the way to do this program on my own. I'm just stumped on how to do this. (and ignore all the hyphens, just using them to make the program easier to read)

2.) 40.0 grams of water at 64.2 Celsius is added to 60.0 grams of water at 25.0 Celsius in a calorimeter. The final temperature of this solution was found to be 39.6 Celsius. What is the heat capacity of the calorimeter?

I want a program that will run just like this:

Having a trinomial such as ax^2+bx+c

Program asks for "a".

User inputs "a".

Program asks for "b".

User inputs "b".

Program asks for "c".

User inputs "c".

Program calculates the roots using the quadratic equation:

variable1 = (-b + sqrt(b^2-4ac))/(2a)

varible2 = (-b - sqrt(b^2-4ac))/(2a)

Program displays variable1 and variable2.

The program isn't working because my calculator has Q and O stored as zero so whenever i run it, i always get the output to say:

How do i create a "fresh" variable for my program? (meaning one that isn't already defined)

Otherwise, the program works flawlessly. I get no errors unless I put in number that give an imaginary number.

If you're trying to figure this one out, here's a trinomial that does have real roots:

x^2 - 2x - 3

Roots should be, -1 and +3.

And on a side note, I need this for my chem class because we have trinomials that are like this:

I have a link to the download/install on the Visual Studio website and I got everything installed, but for the life of me, I have no understanding of how to open up the program. I can't find the .app or the .exe file for the program so I can actually use it. It's a C++ program and I need to have it for my engineering class and I have an assignment due and it has to be used through this program.

Please, can someone help me out? I thought that I knew enough about computers to be able to do this myself, but I clearly don't.

I was out looking today and all I found was the Samsung Brightside, but those are being discontinued (at least with Verizon, my phone provider) so I've been browsing the internet and finding not very much helpfulness. I have an external hard drive and I've decided to use it to play all my Steam/Origin games. To do this however, I copied all of my game files onto the external hard drive and deleted them off my laptop. I then created a new Steam library. I've been able to get a few games working on it, however, I'm starting from scratch and I was wondering if I'd be able to copy my old game files over and continue from where I left off. I know some games save files in different ways. Borderlands 2 for example, I don't really want to start from scratch with it (if I must, then I must). Any suggestions as to how I could do this?

Also, I've been having trouble with some games that I've put on my external hard drive. I would download them off Steam and everything and then I would play, no problem at all, but then when I unplug my external hard drive and plug it back into my laptop, the game is unable to start and Steam tells me that I must install it again. I would even search through the folders to find the execution file in my Steam library on my external hard drive, but it still won't work. Any suggestions for that as well?

I have a Dell Inspiron 15 with Windows 8 and I've gotten the latest update for it.

Just a few days ago, I noticed the screen brightness was all the way up when my laptop wasn't plugged into the wall (I keep at lowest when it isn't charging). I used the shortcut on my key board to lower it, only the brightness bar would not change and neither would the screen's brightness. I then used my mouse to lower it, I was able to lower the bar on the brightness bar, but still no change in my monitor's brightness. I then went to control panel and tried changing it from there, still wouldn't work. My screen is at the highest brightness when it's plugged in too and I can't change it when it's plugged in either. This could prove to be a problem when I'm not around an electrical outlet.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what the problem is or how I could fix it?

I'm 18 and I met this girl last year as a senior in high school (she was a freshman then). Now I'm 18 and she just turned 16 and, I don't know, it seems a little at least out of the ordinary to me. I really don't care honestly. I'm mainly asking this question to see what kind of judgement I'll get from others and if I should be cautious about anything.

So, my internet is fine, the printer is fine because I've tried printing with other laptops wirelessly and it works fine.

Just my laptop won't work and it's bothering me because it was working fine about a month ago. I have a windows 8 Dell Inspiron laptop. Is there a troubleshoot I can do or something? I can usually figure these things out but I'm really stumped on this one. Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm not going to screw with the network because I know it's not the connection it is solely something in the laptop.

Whenever I do try to print, the printing window pops up and it stays there for a bit then an error pops up saying that the document could not be printed.

Someone please give me something to do to fix this. Thank you.

Whenever I print something, I go downstairs right next to my printer, turn it on, and click print on my laptop. However, after a few seconds of doing that a little window pops up saying that an error occured. I am confused as to why this is happening. A few weeks ago, I was able to print with no problem at all and all of a sudden, I'm getting this error. I know the printer is still working and it says that the wireless is enabled on both my laptop and the printer. The internet is working just fine in my house and my laptop is functioning fine. What is the issue here? Does anyone know how to troubleshoot this problem?
