Eat 5 small meals a day. Protein in each one of them. Only eat a small portion of complex carbs for breakfast and lunch, otherwise eat veggies with your protein. Eat healthy fat in 2 of your meals. Drink 3 liter of water a day. Exercise 5 days a week. You should lift weight twice a week for an hour each and doing cardio for 30 to 45 minute 4 to 5 time a week. Take healthy supplement like green tea, hoodia, yohimbe, cla and carnitine.
Than be consistant and be patient. You should not lose more than 2 lbs a week. More will be mostly water retention and loose of lean muscle mass.
Have one or two meal a week ( lunch would be better ) has cheating meal. It's good for the mind, body and it won't affect your diet and results

Hi! The best way to lose weight is to switch to a healthy diet. Try the following sincerely for a month and check your weight. Eat only fruits for a meal preferably breakfast or dinner to full stomach. Don't combine fruits and cooked food. Have lots of vegetables, whole grains and other fibre-rich food. Avoid refined flour food - pasta, burgers, bread, sandwich... Don't eat any junk food. Drink at least 12 glasses of water a day. Constipation can lead to weight gain..drinking a glass of warm water first thing in the morning every day can help empty your bowels, and help reduce your weight too. Doing yoga, exercising or playing outdoor sports is also highly beneficial.

Best way to lose weight wud be to eat a healthy balanced diet with more of protein and less of carbohydrate.Include lots of dietary fibre found in veggies like broccoli,carrots,oatmeal and beans and all fruits.Dont eat fried,heavy foods and drink lots n lots of water...it will make ur skin glow too.Do cardio in d morning and watch urself lose weight the healthy way.

** So far I have lost 55 lbs. doing this in 3 years. Eat six mini meals a day. Exercise and before every meal, drink two tall glasses of water, (about 16 oz.) this will fill you up and you will automatically eat less. This really works, so be patient. Good Luck to you
