No Back extension bench At My gym .. Help ?

my gym doesn't have hyperextension machine .. can i do it on decline crunch bench or i will hurt my lower back ?
and this exercice is important in my routine or i can skip it ?

You could use a Swiss ball if they have that. Don't put too much pressure onto your lower lumbar region in any case. Ask the gym to get that machine as it feels great and insures that there won't be back pain. A mat and not too much added weight should do the trick.
