No Back extension bench At My gym .. Help ?

my gym doesn't have hyperextension machine .. can i do it on decline crunch bench or i will hurt my lower back ?

and this exercice is important in my routine or i can skip it ?

    Substitute stiff-legged deadlifts. Your legs don't have to be totally locked, a little knee bend is better, just go slow and make sure your lower back and hamstrings are doing the work. Don't jerk or heave the weight, slow and smooth is the safe way for this exercise. Do at least 15 reps, this is not a power move.
