Another Pimple Question... Is this bad?
So, I am a person that does not get acne or pimples very often. I'm 19 and I've always had a clear face. I got a pimple two days ago. It was not a pimple that looked normal it was a large one that was raised but there was no head. I tried popping it anyway because I just couldn't walk around campus with this thing on my face. Now, It is still a little raised and its kind of flat. Its literally purple. And I think it has a scab. But it is still really big and painful. Is this a normal thing? Should I get it checked out? I haven't had to deal with pimples much so I may sound dumb to you. But I just wanna be extra sure. Thanks!

oh goodness no! You're fine, just don't pop your pimples! I had really really bad acne and it's #1 to not pop them. as a matter of fact I'm on Accutane, a pill for acne. When you get a pimple, let it be, but be sure tto wash your face with skin soap, not normal soap.

It's not a tumor LOL
It sounds like it could possibly be a boil.
If it gets big enough it will form a "head" and start draining itself.
My advice, get a lancet, cut it open and squeeze the F*ck out of it, until it's entirely flat.
I know it's your face, but boils can get infected, and infected boils can be fatal.
And I mean, fatal as in -death.
