How can I download .epub files onto my Droid X2?

I just got a Motorola Droid X2 phone and I downloaded several ereader apps, but when I tried to download an ebook from my computer, it says that both .epub and .mobi are an "unsupported file type." The Motorola people said that I should be able to download a third party app from the Android Market which will enable me to download the files, but I don't know how to find it.

Can someone help me? I really want to be able to read my books.

As for as I know that ereader supports the format .pdb. But I am not sure it can read PDF files or not. You can try to download both. Or, you have to change to the popular reader to read more format books.

Try UB Reader. It's free and supports EPUB and EPUB DRM formats. Find it here www.ubreader.com or on Android Market
