When should I order my seeds?
I'm going to make a garden,and not sure when I should order or plant my seeds.I live in Windsor,Ontario (right across from Detroit,MI). Here are the plants I'm planning to plant :
Wild bergamot
Butterfly weed or other milkweeds
Black-eyed susan
False Nettle (Boehmeria cylindrica)

Those are not seeds that have a short viability, so getting them now will not hurt. You might as well be prepared. In terms of when to plant, I will refer you to a little write-up we did in response to another similar question http://worldseedsupply.org/blog/?p=101

Order them NOW. Follow the directions sent with the seeds. Some may have to be planted early in the season. I broadcast black-eyed susan seeds early in the fall. Maybe this can be done in early spring in your area. The packet directIons should indicate this for you. Good luck!

NOW!! Even if you were to plant in the fall, I'd get the seeds now and store them in a cool, dry location.

It's best to order them early. If you wait until planting time they will be sold out.
