For me, it was Hostel, but that was until I watched Human Centipede 2. This movie is just plain fukkin sick. No wonder it went straight to DVD cause there's no way possible they could've shown this movie in theaters.

it was so life changing that i stopped watching gross movie

before i can watch them while laughing at the cheap effects

but the story behind the film added to the grossness

the saw franchise i can watch because technically it has a good moral behind it :)

never watched cannibal holocaust at salo but i read those are also gross

Cannibal Holocaust and SalÃ² (the 120 Days of Sodom) have some gross parts, I guess. Personally I don't get too grossed out by films though.
