If you had the opportunity to fix one of America's greater problems, what would it be and how?

Illegals. I would put people who rent to them, employ them, marry them, provide medical care to them, provide ANY type of tax funded welfare or services to them, transport them, or have anything to do with them in prison for a long time. The illegals that do not leave on their own would be fingerprinted and deported. If they return, they go to prison for life.

US citizens need their jobs back, that is just one way of getting rid of a trillion dollar a year waste as well as turning tax dependent citizens back to tax paying citizens. Instead of paying our own citizens unemployment and welfare they would go back to paying taxes.

The next step would be to make it unprofitable to outsource our jobs. If we bring jobs back now the illegals would just take them anyway. So get rid of the illegals and then bring our own jobs back from China, Mexico, etc.

Find a way to stop the lies.Until sites like POLITIFACTS are overwhelmed with true statements instead of false statements this country is always going to have big problems.As long as it is legal to lie and make things up under the cover of calling it commentary nothing is going to change.

all kidding aside, I would try to do something to eliminate the connection between our elected officials and the lobbyists and people that the lobby are supporting. Could be through term limits or lobby reform

Solution: Split the country

Inability for those on the Left and those on the Right to communicate effectively. Both sides need to learn how to see the other one's side and give in a little bit. I don't just mean politicians, I mean people in general. Life is not (nor should it be) black and white.

The rhetoric from all sides is tearing the U.S. apart.
