10 AnswersPolitics9 years agoDemocrats do you notice?
that republicans that are not in favor in gay rights use the same argument against civil rights and woman's right, what is the next right they will bash?
6 AnswersElections9 years agoRepublicans can you tell me how this is not correct?

if you just dismiss saying it is from the nyt, you are clearly just exerting your own definition of a sheep that just follows what it is told
17 AnswersPolitics9 years agoWhy do republicans hate europe?
I see republicans hating on trying to adopt policies that europe does as well. I am asking what is the point? If a policy is a good idea why not try it. Greece of course is an obvious example of exception for this, but european debt crisis was not cause of governments overspending. But instead, it was the private sector over loaning and the banking sector becoming fragile. Once there was a clear difference between each country situation, maintaining a low spread on bond yields become more and more difficult with a single monetary union. If you want evidence that this was not the cause of government over spending but instead of the private sector fine, spain the center of attention right now was the top country to follow the european debt rules. Germany, the country that is the only hope for the european debt crisis, broke the debt rules first. Note that Germany still has a lower unemployment then we do.
So back to my point, why ignore european policies
8 AnswersPolitics9 years agoIs this the world Republicans want?
I world where companies control your lives by paying you nothing for a 60 hour work week. If you are disabled you can not work or get healthcare since it is so expensive. They do not pay you enough to get an education and try to get a better job so you are forced to do that one job. Poverty is the only thing you will see in the pace you live along with disease and inadequate housing. You realize that the only people that have control are people with money so people will have less and less a say on what government does. Children work as soon as they can which is the age of five. The only rights that exists are the rights of corporations.
How close am I, and if i am not tell me one policy the republicans advocate to prevent this
5 AnswersGovernment9 years agoCan Conservatives and liberals unite on ideas?
All i want is someone you has a plan to fix infrastructure and education(including training programs)
tax reform to cut loopholes and have a simple progressive income tax and a simple low corporate tax is a plus but too divided to ever get
can liberals and conservative unite on this idea for education and infrastructure fixes at least?
the country is too hard to run when a nation is divided, i am tired of all the hate between groups
6 AnswersGovernment9 years agoWhat happen to the days where crappy infrastructure was unacceptable and education was a priority?
This was not party divided, both parties though education and infrastructure was critical, anything past that was debated
now we have crappy infrastructure, education is at the top of the list for things to be cut and everything is party divided
there are things that are worth being debated for and then there are things that are known to work
infrastructure and education are those things
3 AnswersGovernment9 years agohow republicans fail at taxes in economics?
http://www.nytimes.com/2012/04/17/business/for-eco...
proof, they have been awarded recognized around the world and proven to be correct
the only people who argue against this is.....republican politicians
3 AnswersGovernment9 years agoShouldn't we learn from europe that cuts are not the answer?
Look at spain, it is in a state of catastrophe and even a depression since there is no spending going on. They are using the same fiscal policies proposed by the republicans while showing absolutely no signs of growth and major depression with a 25 unemployment rate and 50% for young adults. Berlin needs to take a different kind of medicine and increase aggregate demand
if you say they should have spent so much in the first place, you have to understand that it wasn't the pubic debt that got them into trouble it was the private debt held by the banks
5 AnswersPolitics9 years agoSo else is excited to see the reactions of the republicans when obama wins?

10 AnswersPolitics9 years agoEconomic lesson for conservatives!!!?
Aggregate demand = C + I + G + NX
There is a G in the equation saying that government spends money that makes income
so when people say(conservative mostly) government does not create jobs well you have your facts wrong
If you are intelligent enough to bring up the multiplier than I would then argue that G will then be Spent to increase Y(in terms of efficiently, i.e. technology) to therefor increase the multiplier effect
