Is a major drop in resting heart rate something to be concerned about?
For years, my resting heart rate was high 80's to low 90's. This week, I've noticed it's low to mid 60's. Admittedly, I'm currently replacing a fair amount of sleep with red bull, but I wouldn't expect that outcome from it. Should I be concerned with this change?

True I would expect your heart rate to be higher not lower. Maybe you are getting used to the lack of sleep and red bull?
60 is still within the normal range. So unless you are having other symptoms I wouldn't worry about it.

No cause for concern due to your heart rate. You went from above average to slightly below average, but all of the numbers are within the normal range. The results are a little peculiar since you clearly have some unhealthy habits.
