Similar in what way? Period pieces from the Regency or other eras? Jane Austen-style comedies? or are dramas okay? Can they be modern but have the same feel in terms of plot or filming? etc. Kind of hard to give you a proper list when you don't specify a little more. But if you're looking for period (costume) films that are good:

North and South (miniseries - not the American Civil War one but the British one with Richard Armitage)

Emma - either with Gwyneth Paltrow or Kate Beckinsale

Sense and Sensibility - either the Emma Thompson version or the more recent 2008 film

    Northanger Abbey - 2008

Persuasion - I recommend the 1995 version with Amanda Root (the recent one is not as good or true to the book, but if you don't care about that, it is with Sally Hawkins and Rupert Penry Jones)

Under the Greenwood Tree - with Keeley Hawes

Little Dorrit - with Matthew Macfadyen and Claire Foy (miniseries)

Far From the Madding Crowd (either the old version with Julie Christie and Alan Bates, or more recent with Nathaniel Parker)

Jane Eyre (several versions out there)

Shakespeare in Love (more medieval in period)

Cranford (two miniseries, Cranford and Cranford II; these are excellent)

Downton Abbey (this had two seasons, it is an ongoing miniseries in Edwardian era)

Our Mutual Friend - with Keeley Hawes

Bleak House - with Gillian Anderson

The Importance of Being Earnest (very funny, with Colin Firth and Rupert Everett)

Lost in Austen (modern with time travel to Regency)

There are a lot more, but these are a good start, and if you rent/watch these the ads in the beginning of some of them will advertise others.
