what happens if i take my Private Aeroplane In US?

What happens if i take my private jet and enter into the united states of america without informing the immigration department or withouqut performing any legal circumstances. If i got a private jet airport to land in USA. The main question is, if i do so what kind of organisation will be responsible for checking the suspected jet entering the USA?/ or what happens if i will land it safe over there and nobody catch me doing so?

You would have to submit a flight plan. If you enter US air space without working transponder you'll find yourself in company of some F14s very quickly. They will then wave their wings and if you don't follow them they will shoot you down.

Once you land, whether on a private landing strip or airfield, CBP and local law enforcement will be waiting for you already. You will be treated like a drug smuggler until proven otherwise.

Whether or nor your transponder is on, you will be picked up on radar and USAF jets will scramble to meet you midair and visually check you out. If you're lucky, you might be signaled to follow one to the nearest AFB, where you will be met by armed military police who will arrest you as soon as you exit the plane and detain you in a federal prison while felony charges are filed that will result in jail time and a permanent bar from re-entering the US. All that will happen if you're lucky. If you're not, your plane will be blown up in flight by a missile.

Not only do you need a passport, you would need to clear your flight plan BEFORE taking off to the US. You would probably have to land at a designated airport and go through customs.

You will get a "visit" from the US airforce.

And if you then don´t comply to land i guess your last words would be something like

WTF? Is this really a missil......
