I like Google Chrome but whenever im watching a youtube video i like and i want to hit the like button I cant.Instead on Google Chrome it says publicly +1 this on google+ or some **** like that.i deleted google+ because i hate it but it still says that.How do i get the like/dislike bar back on youtube while using google chrome?

try updating your chrome.cuz chrome has a built in flash player and the prob may be from flash player.
