I'm 15, and I've always had a terrible case of Social Anxiety.This makes it hard for me to talk to people, even though I want to, and whenever I try it's always awkward.Even now during summer all I do is play video games, work out, and eat. It's very lonely, so I want to change that.

Any foods, stretches, sleeping habits, etc. will be fine.

I have to masturbate at least once a day. It just happens and I'm tired of it. I'm 15 and haven't grown taller sense I started masturbating. I read somewhere that Masturbation is bad for puberty and can make you grow slower. Any advice on how to quit?

When I updated to IOS 6 all my music in the hip hop/rap genre got turned into unknown on my iphone and whenever i buy new songs in the hip hop/rap genre it shows it has such instead of unknown.All my older songs that are unknown, on my computer they appear as hip hop/rap.It's kind of annoying because I like to listen to certain genres at one time so when I listen to unknown it's all of my old hip hop songs and then hip hop/rap is my new songs.What happened, is there anyway to fix this?
