Masturbation Addiction.?

I have to masturbate at least once a day. It just happens and I'm tired of it. I'm 15 and haven't grown taller sense I started masturbating. I read somewhere that Masturbation is bad for puberty and can make you grow slower. Any advice on how to quit?

Update:

If masturbation is okay, how often is a good amount? I do it once a day.

Update 2:

I'm 5'10 so I don't consider myself "small".

Masturbation has nothing to do with growth. And it is healthy if done within a limit and it is normal to masturbate during puberty....

Masturbating is completely normal. It DOES NOT effect the way or how much your body grows. Your still small because of your genetics.

Quitting is the wrong way to approach this. Masturbating is very normal for teens, and you should not be worried about it.

Masturbation is perfectly normal as a teen. Just don't let it drop off :P

ur probably going to grow up being a perv. but it actually helps u mature, it probably does stunt ur growth I know someone that did that and they are very short but was able to grow a beard then they where in middle school.

its perfectly normal it hasent stunted my growth, and if you want to quit, when you get the urge, just do something to get your mind off of it.
