Weird..... Question inside.?

Hi there, 2 months i've been looking for a job and i must have made 150-200 applications and last week literally given up... but i went to a pub the other day and found a job... so yeah coool but last night i went to another pub down the road and they also offered me a job! and i was like WTF ?!

now i have two jobs working behind bar nearly doing 14h days with some stone hard cash. but my question is that how come we get things when we havent come for them.. i mean i just went to get drunk so it had nothing to do with looking for work.... but when i was looking for work i never found anything ?

What do you think ?

well isn't this always the case. people often say that when you stop looking for things, you'll find them. or when your not looking for something, there is twenty, but as soon as you need it, not a single one can be found. frankly i think its because when you want something, you give off a certain air... your usually tense, hopeful, waiting, impatient yet struggling to keep it all contained... people can usually see that and feel it, and sometimes it makes them uncomfortable whether or not they know specifically that your the cause. so when you walk into a place you just want to relax, all that air of tension is gone... you went to the bar to drink and unwind. it had nothing to do with that tense subject, so you were more apt to just be yourself... that or the bar tenders just liked you. either way, best of luck with the jobs, hope they turn out well for you. just don't go working yourself too hard XD
