Why do people go to church on Sunday when Saturday is the Sabbath day?

Why accept the mark of the beast? Sunday laws Will soon be enforced starting in Germany this year than spreading to America. This is all the work of the Vatican.

They go to church on Sunday because the 'GOVERNMENT' in 'POLITICS & GOVERNMENT' told them to!

Maybe because it is government organized & orchestrated as they are in the pocket of the beast from the time that Henry 8th broke away from the pope & made himself head of the protestant church, BUT he did not correct the authority that the vatican had imposed on people by making SUNday the sabbath. Therefore the vatican still rules the protestant church & they do not even realize it. The harlot & her daughters!! Whether it is England, America, Spain, Portugal, Germany, France, South America, Southern Africa or Italy it makes no difference as the vatican still rules & has the people in bondage to a false church system, where people are brainwashed by their insidious propaganda.

Yes they accept the mark of the beast & willingly follow like sheep to the slaughter.

Sunday is the sabbath day. America's numbering of weekdays is really messed up. The rest of the countries go: Monday (1) , Tuesday (2), Wednesday (3), Thursday (4), Friday (5), Saturday (6), Sunday (7). But you know America, we just haaad to be different :)

Probably because in genesis it says that on the 7th day god rested. I don't think going to church on Sunday has anything to do with accepting "the mark of the beast" its just an arbitrary day that people of a joint faith decided to worship together.

The sabbath is on Saturday, or SATURNday, Israel was named so after Isis, Ra, and El. El is the god if Saturn. That's why the people in israel, the Jews, celebrate the sabbath on Saturday. Christians go to church on Sunday because that SUNday is the day of the sun, or SON. Jesus is the sun, or the light. It's all based on astrology.

The first Christians were often persecuted... they had their celebrations Saturday night, in hiding. After a while, the celebrations moved to Sunday morning.
