Has anyone else noticed a decrease in nasty questions and answers?

Yahoo has recently asked people to report questions and answers that violate the Community Guidelines. Those who do so accurately are given more "influence" (whatever that means) and the violators get dinged with a ten point debit on their ratings. Since this recent announcement, I THINK I have noticed violations occur less often. But this could be just my imagination, which is why I ask if anyone else has noticed the same thing. Thanks in advance for any replies and comments.

Update:

So far, looks like a big NO. So sorry that some have been attacked through email, etc.

Just your imagination. I get deleted for being honest. But that is the most offensive of all. People like to be lied to, don't they? Due to ego, people deceive themselves that by changing others everything will be alright. Unfortunately, that never works. The change has to come from within. Then the whole world starts to change around them. Example instead of force.

Nope, I get 1 or 2 violations every week, but the amount of best answers I get more than make up for it. I don't try to be mean or nasty, but more often that not my answers tend to poke fun or be trollish more than serious.

Kinda. I cut down to keep from being overly offensive and out of respect for Lent. I just kinda assumed everyone else was doing something similar.. Or, you know, were just busy firing up backup accounts.

There is a filter that will prevent you asking nasty questions?

You can try to write something nasty and I don't think it will get posted until it is reviewed?

no, i have been severely attacked verbally by e-mail because i pointed out the fact that atheism is a religion. i don't claim to be the first to do so. but it doesn't bother me. it's interesting what light reveals in the darkness.
