Will China become a superpower(in a decade or 2) and start dominating the world like US does now?

Over the next decade, the world will see a decline in the wealth of both China & India. As the cost-of-living rises in both of these countries, so will the cost of paying employees in the countries. US companies are already gradually withdrawing their businesses, factories & IT facilities from both China & India. With this exodus, there will be too few Chinese or Indian businesses to rehire the laid off employees. Then China & India will sink into a recession leaving many out-of-work or underpaid in their higher priced economies.

No, China will not dominate the world. China has no history of overseas invasion.

No. China's power is largely a myth. Buy a few Chinese made tools - power tools in particular - and you'll see that their whole system is built on a flimsy basis and will soon stop working just like the air compressor they made that I got such a good deal on.

I personally hope they do. I think some of there ideals on the ways they run their country would hugely benefit the western nations though there will be some who will fight it which I believe will be USA. Americans of frightened by change especially a country that has communism ideals embedded in they way their countries run( remember vietnam ) capitalism has screwed the western nations and as such I hope we adopt ideas from the Chinese government.

Whether or not Obama is elected, American Children are lazy and the incentive to succeed really isn't high anymore. Especially since the people who get all the money are entertainers and family members who inherit. College kids can't get jobs anymore.

Seriously, I assure you that would not happen. China is facing severe issues such as overwhelming corruption and environment declining.
