No such thing. Limewire was shut down because it was used primarily for criminal activity. Downloading any file that's under copyright (music, movies, software, TV shows and more) without paying for it is illegal, no matter how you do it.

Those P2P programs are outdated and pointless. Bittorrent is the new generation of file sharing. Download a Bittorrent program like uTorrent and search for files on a site like ThePirateBay. None of these things are illegal unless you use them for illegal purposes.
