weIGHT wATCHERS OR P90X2 NUTRITION PLAN?

SO I HAVE BEEN ON wEIGHT WATCHERS FOR SOME TIME....WHILST DOING ww I HAVE DONE BIGGEST LOSER dvdS AND GRADUATED TO P90X AND P90X2...I HAVE LOST A TOTAL OF ABOUT 85# SO FAR. BUT IM PLEATEUING LIKE CRAZY FOR THIS LAST 15#. MY QUESTION IS, DO YOU THINK I SHOULD KEEP UP WITH ww WHICH IS BASICALLY PORTION CONTROL, BUT I CAN EAT ANYTHING...OR DO P90X2 NUTRTION PLAN WHICH IS MORE RESTRICTED?...I WAS THINKING ABOUT DOING THE ww PLAN AND JUST JOURNALING MY FOOD FOR ACCOUNTABILIY....YOUR THOUGHTS AND ADVICE IS GREATLY APPRECIATED...I PRETTY MUCH HAVE MY PRE BABY BODY BACK...JUS WANT MY BODY FROM BEFORE I GOT MARRIED LOL

    Congrats on the weight lose! To answer your question, while doing P90x or P90x2 you should follow the meal plan that comes with the workouts. The meal plans are designed to give you maximum results when followed correctly. In order for p90x or P90x2 to work, you have to eat more calories than you think you do because you are burning so many during the workouts. That may be why you are plateauing.
