So I'm trying to lose weight but had a couple questions?
I am going to start eating better of course which I have been doing for about a week and half so far and its getting a lot easier. My main concern is that I know exercise needs to be worked in with diet, but I don't want my body to be all muscle. I like doing workout videos but I don't know which ones would be best to just get rid of the fat.

Run, and do lots of cardio workouts. Lifting weights can be good too, and if you lift small amounts of weight with a high number of reps, you won't bulk up.
