I've been doing a lot of research on fasting and It is supposed to be healthy for your body to not have food to fix your immune system and get rid of toxins. I weigh 145 and am 5, 2". I want to clean up my system and become healthier so that I can get on the right track to lose weight. What do you think about water fasting? I've read numerous books on it and websites and it seems to be good.

I am going to start eating better of course which I have been doing for about a week and half so far and its getting a lot easier. My main concern is that I know exercise needs to be worked in with diet, but I don't want my body to be all muscle.
