a Credit report with this letter would do the trick along with a letter of employment.

That's very nice but why do you need a letter of recommendation? Are you lacking in good credit and income and employment? Do you have dogs? Landlords go by your employment and credit. You may be TOO GOOD a tenant for some of the apartments you apply to and you may be disappointed by the type of tenants.

9 cases out of 10, in case you have a hire, it is especially for a set guy or woman or persons. Many rentals comprise policies for a manner further individuals are to be extra, and this oftentimes does comprise a hire improve. in the experience that your hire does not say something some hire improve, it does not mean that the owner won't be able to nevertheless improve the hire...they're going to could draw up a clean hire, in many cases, yet they are going to be waiting to improve the hire there. the reason they might have you ever sign a clean hire is by technique of the fact having somebody else residing there on the old hire is one in each and every of those default, and that they might and could evict you for it. As a landlord, I can charge for residences not people. consequently, i don't improve a apartment fee if a clean guy or woman strikes in and that i'm very sparkling approximately this. the reason being that i don't want people i don't comprehend residing interior the contraptions I very own...and charging greater for them, properly that for the period of basic terms outcomes interior the citizens not telling you that they stay there (i does not go out of my thank you to inform a landlord that...). So by using charging greater, landlords greater in many cases finally end up with people they don't comprehend than in the event that they did not can charge greater. the only can charge I positioned is to run a credit examine, and that's in simple terms for clean, non-proper tenants (i'm not likely to disclaim a newly-married husband's spouse the properly suited to flow in....it is not criminal for me to accomplish that, and it is despicable habit as a individual).

I would immediately question the validity of the letter above, as soon as the sugar water stopped dripping from it. NO landlord writes a letter like that. I would guess it came from one of her friends, with a forged signature. Yes, I would rent to her, but ONLY if I could validate the letter as genuine.

It sounds like the tenant wrote it.

I would want to talk to that landlord myself, and I would need proof I was actually talking to the landlord. This letter would make me very suspicious.

Quite honestly, the personal stuff is irrelevant. I would want tenants who have a good, steady job, a good credit rating, and pay the rent on time. I'm renting a home, not hiring a social worker.

I would take a letter like that with a grain of salt. It doesn't sound sincere and most landlords don't really care about your community involvement. We care more about whether or not you honor your financial commitments and that you take care of the place where you live

    Sounds a bit fake.

Would a landlord really write this great review?

Seems fake, and the credit check is the important thing
