Question about shipping?

Hi, I was wondering how long it would take a package to get from Madrid, Spain to El Paso, Texas? I have no idea how my friend is going to ship it (like what service he will use) but does anyone know a general time span that it could take? It is probably just a five pound box. I am expecting him to ship it by March 20, does anyone know if I will get it by May 3rd?

    the cheapest is usually via the postal service

    and you did mean MAY 3 and not April 3?

    2 months is more then enough time even if the cheapest of shipping
