Hasn't Dr. Ron Paul benefited from society paying for his education and now soc. sec. and medicare?

He went to public schools and then to public university, all of which were subsidized by tax payers. He benefited from it by being able to afford college so that he could get a Doctor degree, make a lot of money and then say that nobody should pay taxes for other kids education. And now he is receiving social security and medicare; and for medicare he has probably received more benefits than he put in during his working career. Dr. Ron Paul should shut up and pay forward to the next generation the benefits he got.

Update:

State schools and colleges are subsidized by taxpayers. And good point about how he has received taxpayer money to pay for his pension, healthcare, salary, etc.

    LMAO

Dr. Ron Paul doesn't want to stop tax payer funding for public universities, just financial aid and financial loans cause that brings up costs of tuition.

He doesn't recieve social security nor medicare, congress pays for your health bills and they do pensions.

    LMAO

No, Ron Paul went to Gettysburg college and Duke University.

When Ron Paul worked as an OB Dr., he routinely waived fees to customers who couldn't afford it. Every year he donates overages from his office budget to the national debt and has vowed that if he becomes president would cut his own pay from the $400,000 a year our president makes now, to just $39,000 a year.

You are trying to suggest that Ron Paul doesn't "walk the walk", but he is indeed a devout pedestrian.

Normally I would be angered by this question except that Dr. Paul and his followers have been SO boorish in their idiocy that I have to say they brought it on themselves

He paid for his college by himself. Public school is mandatory unless you're wealthy. Do you think he needs or wants SS or medicare? Hahahaha...

What you don't understand is that THERE IS NOTHING TO PAY FORWARD, they are bankrupt, failing programs that cannot be sustained. Our unfunded future obligations are well over 100 trillion. THEY CANNOT BE PAID. Do you understand yet?

He may have benefited from it but that doesn't mean society did or does in most cases.
