What are the symptoms/signs of testicular cancer?
A few years ago I was told i had a cyst in my scrotum which is apparently benign so it didn't scare me too much. Today I just had the strange feeling I needed to do a self check of my testes for the first time in almost two years, and what i felt was disturbing. The right testicle is great, healthy feeling. When I moved to my left testes it felt much softer and squishier, and there was one spot where it felt especially mushy. It hurts a little to feel it.
Please help?

Honestly, I would worry about the harder of the two. My friend had TC and said his testical that had the actual cancer felt like a rock, which is what worried him. No pain, no lumps, no nothing. Just a real hard testical. Went to the docs, who sent him to the urologist ASAP, and they lopped the little feller off the next day. It hadn't spread no further (doc said he caught early so he saved his other testical and maybe his life). He's married and has two kids despite only one testical.

There are 3 forms of tumours in testicular cancer, Seminomas, Teratomas, and the third is a mixture of each and every. A biopsy confirms what style is reward. Seminomas are slow coming up and could kill on a similar time as ignored. customarily they in maximum circumstances impression men between greater or less 30 - 50yr olds, not youthful men. Teratomas can upward push up interior the greater youthful age business enterprise and is a speedy coming up tumour. The third one, as you would be waiting to think of is an unsightly one. All can kill, yet while caught interior the early tiers it has a appropriate survival fee, it is the optimal fee of all male cancers. After biopsy, on a similar time as the docs come across out what style it is, it is going to likely be eradicated in conjunction with the lymph nodes interior the tummy in the event that they are contaminated. My husband's cancer went from his testicle to his abdomen, then his lungs, with a great tumour on the aorta. He was heavily ill. That was in 1995 and he's even with the incontrovertible fact that alive and sparkling at present day. This cancer kills in spite of if is additionally cured if caught in time, he was fortunate.
