filled coolant tank yesterday and I think it is leaking?
I filled my coolant tank yesterday in my 2000 plymouth Grand Voyager SE as it was super low. After doing so I noticed there was a lot of we spots on the pavement under it. So then this morning I took it down town then came back. A little later i went outside and moved it and there was some more spots on the pavement. So I looked in the tank and it was lower then yesterday. However my raidiator is full still. Is this a leak in the coolant tank? If so how much do they cost?

A slow leak probably might want to check the hoses and the radiator as well

At 12 years old it is definitely possible the reservoir is leaking. After market replacements are typically on the low side of $50 and are usually fairly simple DIY jobs (yeah, that is what I thought on my daughter's Chevy!) However, leaking reservoirs are usually the result of cracking, causing big leaks. It may be just a grommet, like for a coolant warning sensor.

The best way to test this is to take it to a local garage and get the coolant system preasure tested, this will tell you exactly where the leak is coming from, and/or even if there is a leak or not, it should be safe to drive for now but keep and eye on the coolant level and get it checked as soon as possible....
