What kind of graphics card should I get?

I'm looking for a Radeon card and I want to spend less than $150. I don't know much about the specs; what makes one card better than the other. So, if you know a thing or two I'd appreciate the help.

I've been finding the best deals on www.tigerdirect.ca (I'm in Canada), but if you know a site that's better let me know.

Update:

I'm aware I'll need a power supply to match, and that's not included in the $150 budget. I thought I edited that in but I guess I was wrong...

It's going to be a gaming rig.

Okay. It all depends on what you would like to do. You can get a Radeon 6850 which will play games fine. (Playable FPS). It all depends on what you will be doing with the card. If you want a gaming system, it will depend on what games you do play, and your monitor resolution.

Another factor for choosing your graphics card is your power supply. Your computer's power supply is a essential part of the computer. You will have to make sure your power supply can support what graphics card you will be choosing.

If you have to spend less then 150 and you really want a Radeon card, its probably gonna have to be a Radeon 6850. It may cost slightly more then 150 though

Get the 6870, you can get it on sale for under 150.
