Do Liberals think Conservative Women deserve no RESPECT like Ms. Fluke?

Palin was a nut running for office saying and doing stupid things. Fluke was testifying to congress. Have you seen some of the things on these blogs that have been said about the first lady.

I think all women deserve respect.

Palin was in the public eye, did she deserve to be called stupid, yes because she was. I do not however agree with anyone calling a woman whore, slut, etc..

Oh and by the way, some of the things I have seen said about the First Lady are horrible, and I see people on here do it everyday. I do not remember that many people calling Laura Bush horrible names.

Indeed, where WAS the outrage? Why didn't conservatives organize and protest advertisers like liberals have done against Rush?

Why didn't conservatives embrace the free market, and tell businesses their concerns about whom they were sponsoring?

Why didn't conservatives care enough to take action back then? Why did they not care?

I saw an interview in which Mrs.Fluke was asked if she had ever been called those names before,and her answer was "not on national airwaves."I thought,while laughing,perhaps that wasn't the best way to answer that question.

I'll explain it again, just as I did when Republicans spent their time threatening to rape 13 year old Chelsea Clinton.

There is a big difference between attacking a political candidate and attacking a candidate's family. A big difference between calling a woman a slut and a whore for using birth control and calling a woman a ****, essentially the female term for bastard, prick or asshole.

Anyone who attacks Maher and defends Limbaugh is a hypocrite.

Some people on the right are actually saying it's ok to call Sandra Fluke vulgar names because some on the left called Sarah Palin vulgar names.

THAT IS FRIGGIN CHILDISH!!

If you thought there should have been outrage then, where is the right wing outrage now. All you have done is point out your own double standards.

It was there. Just because someone told you it wasn't doesn't make it so.
