My co-worker is driving me crazy lately.?
She keeps interrupting me, repeating herself, "thinking out loud", and insanely over-analysing everything. I can't work like this. I lose my train of thought every time she does it and I have to start over with what I was doing.
There's no one in the office right now except the two of us. One of the projects we're working on is somewhat complicated and we weren't left with enough info to answer phone/email questions about it. There is no one to ask at the moment.
But I don't know any more than my co-worker does and I can't focus on my part of it (plus all my other work) with her behaving the way she is.
Any thoughts?

Have you talked to your coworker about the "thinking out loud?" Many people do think out loud (I'm one of them at times), but just as many people are annoyed by it (I have my own office, so it's not an issue). I would just talk politely with her about the situation, and come to a compromise. Can you work with music on? Another option is to wear headphones and just listen to music to block her out (or no music and just muffle the background with the headphones).

When she does something that annoys you, you need to tell her right away when she does it. It may seem hard to do, but it's the only way you'll be able to work with her. If she gets hard feelings about it, then that's her problem and you'll at least know who your dealing with. Just be honest, your feelings are important just like any other persons. If anything, she'll appreciate your honesty. Deep down, we all know that being a bother to another person isn't fun.
