Like it says 1,000 daily tweets.I can be in twitterjail 5 times and only have tweeted 500 like what the hell?

The limit also applies to 100 tweets every hour. If you tweet over 100 times in an hour, you'll be in "twitter jail" and be unable to tweet for an extent of time (each time you go over this limit in a certain period of time, the inability to tweet becomes a longer amount of time).

Calm down on the tweeting. I guarantee no one wants to see you tweet more than a few times a day. If you're tweeting over 1,000 times, you need a new hobby. I'm being very honest so you can avoid being sent to Twitter jail.
