Yes but I prefer without the tofu.

Yes easily. Basically just combine everything in (decent quantities leaving out the tofu) your blender and if you so wish add to a pot and cook for maybe an hour or so on medium low heat you can cook the tofu separately with seasonings and add it later or just add it to the soup as it cooks!
I would personally add salt, pepper and other seasonings to the soup but aside from that you could easily just pile it all into the old Vitamix and boom done. You could also sauté the veggies in a little olive oil and then add them to the Vitamix or you can roast or grill them and add them. The sky is the limit : )

YES!!
Loosely follow this tasty recipe: http://downhomecitysisters.com/blog/cold-curing-qu...
It has kale, veggie broth, tomatoes, and other veggies.
For the tofu, I'd squeeze all the moisture out then dry-fry in cubes about 3 minutes each side. Add to soup.
Good luck!

Yes, definitely. I would just roughly chop them and put them all (except the tofu) in a big saucepan with a bit of water (or the stock - I haven't used canned stock) and simmer till the vegies are all cooked. Throw in a handful of barley if you have any, and some peppercorns or finely chopped chilli. You could either put the tofu in straight towards the end of cooking, or sautee it a bit first. Sorry, I can't give any vitamix directions.

i does no longer eat this, it fairly is stuffed with undesirable chemical ingredients. try making your guy or woman soups, use sparkling vegetables, beans and lentils. i'm vegan and make each little thing from sparkling. I eat yeast because of the fact it fairly is powerful for you, extraordinarily marmite.

Both are good for you, each fruit/vegetable has different vitamins. Thus as more variety, as better. Vegetables have generally less sugar than fruits.

All fruits are fruit and vegetables. A "vegetable" is a plant, any part of which is employed for food.
