I have a VW bus that turns into a stand. Where can I find the requirements to sell hot dogs and stuff a fair? I want to go around and sell hot dog and chips and such at a fair or on a corner of the road or something. Can you give me a website to go to or the requirements to do this? Thanks.

The requirements will vary by jurisdiction./ Check with the local health department, the operator of the fair (to see if he will allow you to sell on premises and also has a permit) and the local licensing agency to see what vender licenses you need.
