Isn't saying OMG really using a god's title in vain, and not his name?
Seeing as how every deity has a name, and none of them are named god?

I like the way you think. My family really doesn't like it when I say "Oh my God" around them, I try but sometimes I slip, when that happens I just say "What? I said 'my God' not 'your God'."

Actually, it merely reinforces religiously-correct memes that use impossible "perfect being" narratives using human-centric attributes while at the same time claiming that "mankind will never understand the "mind" of deity X,Y or sometimes Z".
This implied dissonance attributed to a deity makes the very thought of an "all-knowing" deity incredibly absurd and remains one of the most critical flaws in attributing human-like attributes to deities, while also claiming to be ignorant of what they just described since they apparently are both capable of "knowing their deity" yet nobody else can know their deity like they do and yet, the contradiction of knowledge vs. implied wide-scale ignorance of all humans remains an unresolved spectacle of absurdity.
Otherwise, saying OMG regardless of implied intent behind the letter designations, is still a conditioned means to reinforce a religious-centric meme for moments in human life when people use the sound bite to exclaim a bewilderment or amazement of what just occurred and instead of saying WTF was that!, they repeat the code word abbreviation, OMG.
