Do you think I can read 451 pages in a book in 9 hours?

I have to finish reading "Catching Fire" I've read about 50% of that book though, and then I have to read "A lesson before dying" as well. If it's possible, what are some steps I can take so I can read faster and actually reach my goal?

I can read an 800 Sci-fi book in around 12 hours, but I find that reading in one sitting I forget too much. If this is just a personal goal, I'd say don't worry about it. If it's for school, you might want to consider collaborating with the internet/friends for book info.

It is possible but you're probably going to get really tired and have to read really fast to the point when you're not even taking in whats happening. I just did some calculations and if you want to do it you're going to need to be reading one page in just over a minute. better get started good luck, By the way Catching fire is really good :)

That's about 50 pages per hour, so you might be able to do it. The problem is you probably won't be able to remember what you read.

Yes, easily, if you actually sit your backside on a chair, open the book and get on with it.

You will, however, not achieve that goal by procrastinating on the internet.

Well, you could, but you might miss some stuff and have to go back, and then it would take your more time in the long run.
