In the book it said that Peeta is stocky and medium built. I think Jennifer Lawrence is about the same height as Josh at 5'7". Unfortunately in the photos Jennifer is wearing heels and Liam is very tall at 6'3".

According to imdb, the actor, Josh Hutcherson is 5' 7" (1.70 m).
How is that "height-challenged"? It's perfectly normal.

if you were watching the premiere when you made that observation, bare in mind jen was wearing rather high heels. and liam is just super super tall.
either way, its not like he's really short or anything, height doesnt matter that much :)
