I feel Ike I'm not building any muscle ?

I have been like this since I was 13 when I joined the football team, I use to bench press 50 to 75 lbs and use to struggle (shake). Now that I am 17 and in a soccer team I feel horrible and get dizzy alot I can't run I can barely even bench 75(still shake) my breathing is awful. I have been to the doctor and every time I go they tell me the same thing "Oh you're just a growing boy get some rest and you'll feel better" I love sports to death and I don't want to stop every five mins because I have to catch my breath or my feet feel numb. I am 5'8 and weigh about 145

Sounds like you need to build baseline endurance.

    Easy enough.

Start running -- BUT make sure you only breathe through your nose. If you start breathing through the mouth you need to slow down, even to a walk. This is a poor man's way to stay in Zone 2 baseline training.

If you have a heart rate monitor then stay in Zone 2. You will find that your breathing pattern and Zone 2 to Zone 3 transition heart rate is very closely aligned.

Zone 2 is fat burning, baseline aerobic pace and is usually the only pace used for the first 8-12 weeks of endurance training for many triathletes.

Start out with 20 mins 4-5x per week. Increase duration by 10% per week. Next week, 22 mins. The following week, 25mins. Etc. until you are happy with the distance covered. 10 mins is approximately 1 mile....
