Why don't conservatives care about insincerity or hypocrisy?

Conservatives care about insincerity and hypocrisy when the liberal or moderate exhibits either. They, like most people,never see it in themselves.

WHY do you think, the Conservatives do not care about insincerity or hypocrisy?

Is it because the Main stream media depict the conservatives as such?

Every primary shows Newt having less then a quarter of conservatives supporting him.
