131 grams of protein?
How in the world can I get that much? I'm aiming for 1500 calories with about 20% fat, 35% protein, and 45% carbs. My calculations make that 131 grams of protein; I'm struggling to get more than 60. What can I eat? I hate milk so I think most protein shakes are out.

You can take protein powder with water and other liquids if milk is out. As for food, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, almonds, leans meats (chicken breast, pork chops, steak), salmon, eggs, peanut butter and beans have a decent amount of protein. If you looking to minimize calories then choose chicken breast, fat free cottage cheese and fat free greek yogurt, eggs, for lots of protein and no fat

How much do you weigh? Aim for 1 gram per body weight. So if you're less than 131, you don't need that much. Even getting in 0.8 per body weight will suffice as well.
It's actually not too hard to get in that much. Chicken breast, fish, turkey, lean beef are all great sources. if you need more tips on protein packed meals, check out my youtube channel below. all free advice.
