Women act like sluts because of evolution?

I heard somewhere that in some animal species, females act in a certain way to attract healthy male that can give her offspring

So i wonder could human females be acting this way (dressing like sluts, pole dancing, erotic moves performing, certain way talking, make up...) because they want an offspring? It would be connected to every base instinct a living being has (to reproduce), so do young women have that kind of evolutionary drive built into them?

Maybe the modern day society and media are teaching younger and younger females an art of seduction that they wouldn't normally experience until they were old enough.
